Description
Join Blazin’ Paddles on a 4 mile round-trip tour of the beautiful Black Canyon. Enjoy our incredible guided kayak tour and save some cash by skipping the shuttle service.
You will meet your guide at Willow Beach where they will get you prepared for the day ahead and fitted into your kayaks! When paddling upstream into Black Canyon scour the banks to be the first to spot Desert Big Horn Sheep, or look above and see if you there are any Bald Eagles. Your first stop will be one mile up stream at a historical overlook, that will give you awe-inspiring views of the legendary Colorado River. Your guide will explain the immense history of what the river was used for close to 100 years ago!
Enjoy a complimentary snack before setting off for Emerald Cave.
This trip offers the most launch times for any of our tours. Certain launch times are only offered during specific times of the year. Our 9am tour is great for beating the heat and avoiding the large afternoon crowds, however the sun light in Emerald cave is not what you see in pictures at that time. We spend the same amount of time in Emerald Cave as all the outfitters, however it is just a small part of an amazing tour.

Trip includes
All necessary kayaking equipment, such as kayak, paddles and personal flotation device. Complimentary snacks and bottled water.
Trip does not include
Personal items: clothing, shoes, sunscreen, dry bags, shuttle service and park permit. The customer must pay for their own vehicle to enter the National Park. Entrance into the park is $25 per vehicle, or if you have a National Parks pass it is free. You can also buy a National Parks pass at the gate for $80 and it will get you into any National Park for free for a year from purchase. This is a great idea if you plan on going to 3+ parks in a year.
Additional Terms:
No child rates. Must be 8 years and older with parental permission.
There is a full refund with no penalty for changes or cancellation with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
The Company will refund 100% of your payment if the Company cancels for any reason.
Shuttle service is not available for this tour.
The customer must pay for their own vehicle to enter the National Park.
